防火橋架是在普通橋架表面噴涂一層防火漆,以起到防火阻燃的作用!其實橋架本身并不會著火,著火的只可能是電纜,防火漆所起到的防火阻燃原理

防火橋架的防護厚度按 / T 10216一2000《電控配電用電纜橋架》表10要求,電鍍大于12μm,熱鍍大于65μm ,噴塑大于50μm,防火大于500μm ,可以用測厚儀測出來。
The protective thickness of the fireproof cable tray shall comply with the requirements of Table 10 of /T 10216-2000 "Cable trays for electrical control and distribution", and the electroplating shall be greater than 12 μ m. Hot plating greater than 65 μ M, spray molding greater than 50 μ m. Fire prevention greater than 500 μ M can be measured using a thickness gauge.

均勻稠狀流體,無結塊;

抗震性:撓曲L/200涂層不起層、不脫落;

抗彎性:撓曲L/100涂層不起層、不脫落;

耐火性:在自來水浸泡沫24小時以上,涂層無變化;

耐酸性:在3%HCL中浸泡沫24小時以上,涂層無變化;

耐堿性:在3%Ca(OH)2中浸泡沫24小時以上,涂層無變化;
Alkali resistance: when immersed in foam for more than 24 hours in 3% Ca (OH) 2, the coating will not change;
耐鹽性:在3%NaCl中浸泡沫24小時以上,涂層無變化;
Salt resistance: after immersion in 3% NaCl with foam for more than 24 hours, the coating will not change;
耐凍性:15次;
